Chris Rea is a seasoned healthcare executive with decades of experience in long-term care leadership.
He began his career as a Paramedic and transitioned into long-term care in 2001, serving as the Administrator of a 54-bed skilled nursing facility. Over the years, Chris has held several key leadership roles, including Director of Operations for Foundation Properties, where he managed nine communities offering services such as assisted living, Alzheimer’s care, and skilled rehabilitation. He played a pivotal role in renovating several properties and overseeing a significant expansion of Marquis Place, an assisted living community in Elkhorn, Nebraska. In 2013, Chris supervised the development of Regent Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare, an 84-bed skilled nursing facility in Wichita, Kansas. He later expanded his role in 2023 with the development of Foundation Park, an assisted living and memory care campus in Manhattan, Kansas.
Chris’s contributions to the healthcare industry include serving on an expert panel for Cambria Health Care, the largest BC/BS provider in the northwest United States, where he addressed topics such as long-term care reimbursement and the future of senior services. He has also served on the Kansas Adult Care Executive Board and is currently the Chairman of the Board of The American Heart Association.
Nic Delorme is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading software teams, building products, and scaling technology-first businesses.
He’s the Founder and CEO of NRD Tech, a firm that blends fractional tech leadership with efficient offshore development teams. Prior to that, Nic founded and led Sellozo, an AI-powered AdTech SaaS platform that he successfully exited. He’s also held CTO roles at both Netrush, a large-scale e-commerce company, and Giant Media (now VuePlanner), a YouTube-focused ad tech firm.
Nic brings a rare mix of hands-on technical chops and executive-level strategy. He’s just as comfortable architecting systems as he is setting business direction—and excels at tying the two together to drive results.
He earned his degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and has built a career on mentoring strong teams, promoting a pragmatic problem-solving culture, and connecting tech decisions to business outcomes. Nic’s passion is working with talented people to turn big ideas into working, scalable solutions.
